Rowad Tourism’s consolidated losses shrink 97% YoY in H1 (14 September 2023)
Rowad Tourism (Al Rowad) posted a 97.2% year-on-year drop in its consolidated net losses after tax and non-controlling interest in the first half (H1) of 2023, according to the company’s consolidated financial statement on September 14th. Consolidated net losses went down to EGP 1.168 million in H1 2023 from EGP 42.035 million in H1 2022. Meanwhile, it recorded total revenues of EGP 26.388 million over the six-month period, compared to revenue losses of EGP 26.095 million during the same period of last year. The firm reported previously a 93.4% YoY decrease in its standalone net losses in H1 2023 to EGP 2.420 million from EGP 36.801 million. Al Rowad is an Egypt-based public shareholding company that operates in the tourism industry.
