Rowad Tourism - Rowad holds its ordinary general assembly meeting (05 April 2020)     Rowad Tourism Company - Rowad announced the invitation of the ordinary general assembly of the company on Sunday 5/4/2020 at 2.30 pm at the company's headquarters located at 4 A Aziz Abaza Street - Zamalek - the first round, to discuss the following: 1- Board of Directors' report on the company's activities for the fiscal year ending on 12-31-2019. 2- The auditors' report for the financial year ended 31-12-2019. 3- Presenting the corporate governance report for 2019 and the auditor's report . 4- Presenting the financial statements for the fiscal year ending on 31-12-2019. 5 - Presenting the project of distributing profits to shareholders at a rate of 5% of the issued capital. 6- To absolve the members of the board of directors from their liability for the fiscal year ending on 12-31-2019. 7 - Determining the transportation fees and expenses of the members of the Board of Directors for the year 2020. 8- Appointing the company's auditor and determining his fees for the year 2020. 9 - License to the Board of Directors to make donations exceeding one thousand Egyptian pounds for each case during the year 2020.
